Ingredients to make tomato, onion and tuna salad:

  • 2 tomatoes for salad
  • 2 sweet onions
  • 2 cans of Tuna
  • 1 can of stuffed olives
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Vinegar

How to make Tomato, Onion and Tuna Salad:

The first step we have to do to prepare this tomato, onion and tuna salad is to gather the ingredients that we are going to need. Then we wash the tomatoes well, we remove the stalk and cut them into more or less large slices. This is the main ingredient of our diet tomato and tuna salad but we do not need to make small slices.

Trick: I have used tomatoes for salad, but if you prefer you can use other types of tomatoes.

Next, peel and cut the onions into slices as well. It is important that these are sweet and not onions for soffit because otherwise the tomato, onion and tuna salad will be too strong in flavor. Then we open the cans of tuna and add them to the different tomato salad. We can take advantage of the tuna oil itself and also add it to the salad or, if not, dress it with olive oil, as you like.

Finally, we drain the stuffed olives well and add them to the tomato and tuna salad for dinner, but this step is optional. We dress it with a little vinegar and salt to taste and ready to eat!
