Ingredients to make Cream of Tomato Soup:
- 1 kg of medium tomatoes
- 3 cubed broths
- 650 cm3 of hot water
- 120 cm3 of milk cream
- 50 gr of flour (two tablespoons)
- 80 grams of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 shallots
- the white of a celery
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
How to make Cream of Tomato Soup:
- Undo the broths in the hot water and place them in the blender together with the chopped celery, garlic, shallots, and tomatoes and seasoning (other condiments can be added according to taste).
- In a pot place the butter with a splash of olive oil, add the flour, now add the cream slowly and then the tomato mixture, stirring with a wooden spoon or similar.
- Let this preparation boil between 5 and 7 minutes.
