Tomato and Carrot Cream Recipe with Thermomix

  • ½ cup of oil
  • 2 leeks (only the white part)
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 small can of crushed tomato
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablets of chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 5 goblets of water
  • 1 handful of salt
  • 1 pinch of ground pepper
  • 3 teaspoons of Parsley

How to make tomato and carrot cream with Thermomix:

  1. The first thing we have to do to prepare this tomato and carrot cream with Thermomix is ​​to gather all the ingredients.
  2. Next, put the oil, butter, leeks, carrots, tomatoes and the garlic clove in the Thermomix glass, then put the basket (so that the ingredients do not rise) and program the machine for 3 minutes at 100º C and speed 8.
