Ingredients to make Tofu Smoothie:

  1. 1 unit of Orange
  2. 100 grams of Mango
  3. 50 grams of Almonds
  4. 80 grams of natural semi-hard Tofu

How to make Tofu Smoothie:

  • Before making this energy shake, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
  • In a blender, process the orange juice, the mango, peeled and cut into small cubes, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  • Add the almonds and tofu, blend again very well.
  • Finally add ice cubes and process, this drink does not have sugar if you wish you can add a little.
