Tofu Burgers Recipe

Ingredients to make Tofu Burgers:

  • 100 grams of Tofu
  • ½ unit of white onion
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 pinch of fine herbs
  • 1 splash of sunflower oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Tofu Burgers:

1.Before making this vegan recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.

2.In a bowl add the tofu (soy-based vegetable cheese) cut into small cubes, a pinch of fine herbs and the soy sauce, macerate very well, until the tofu dissolves.

3.Add the flour and breadcrumbs, mix.

4.In a frying pan with oil over low heat, sauté the onion cut into small cubes, season with salt and pepper, cover and cook until soft.

5.Add the onion to the mixture and add a little oil, until you get a manageable mixture to make the hamburgers. If necessary, rectify the flavor with salt and pepper.

6.Form balls and crush them carefully to form hamburgers, take them to the fridge for 1 hour so that they have a firmer consistency. With this recipe you will get 3 tofu burgers.

7.In a frying pan with oil, cook the tofu burgers until golden brown on both sides.
