Tilapia meatballs in oatmeal crust recipe

Ingredients to make Tilapia meatballs in oat crust:

  • 2 tilapia fillets
  • 1 unit egg
  • 1 unit lemon
  • 3 gr garlic powder
  • 20 gr chives
  • W/n rolled oats
  • Salt
  • pepper

How to make Oat Crusted Tilapia Meatballs:

  1. Ready all the ingredients.
  2. Process the fish cut into pieces, add the garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Once it is ready, add the finely chopped chives, the egg and the lemon juice, mix
  4. Form medium balls and cover with oat flakes.
  5. Arrange them on a tray and take them to the oven at 180 degrees C, for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve and accompany with a slice of lemon.
