- 3 purple onions
- 100 milliliters of olive oil

- To start making our fish ceviche recipe, the first step is to prepare all the ingredients.
- Although tilapia is not one of the fish that provides the greatest nutritional benefits, it is an inexpensive food that is easy to obtain and has low levels of mercury, unlike tuna, for example. In addition, this white fish has a great contribution of proteins of biological value such as those found in chicken.
- Cut the fish into small squares and add to a bowl. Add the lemon juice and leave to macerate for an hour in the fridge or refrigerator.
