Tilapia and Vegetable Papillote Recipe

Ingredients to make Tilapia and Vegetable Papillote:

  • 5 tilapia fillets.
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme.
  • 150 ml of olive oil.
  • 4 units of lemon.
  • 200 grams of leek onion.
  • 200 grams of carrots chopped into squares.
  • 100 ml of white wine.
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • I jumped.
  • Aluminum foil.

How to make Tilapia and Vegetable Papillote:

  1. Prelist the ingredients.
  2. Mix the olive oil, the lemon juice, the garlic powder, the dried thyme and the white wine. Combine all the ingredients.
  3. Cut the aluminum foil into large squares. Add each of the ingredients on top of the aluminum foil squares adding a little salt and pepper to each of the fillets and the mixture from step two.
  4. Add the carrot and leek onion on top of each of the fillets.
  5. Close each of the fillets. Ideally, there should be a box as seen in the photo, trying to prevent the juices from leaking out of the aluminum foil. Place the fillets in a refractory pan.
  6. Preheat an oven to 160 degrees Celsius and bring the baking dish for approximately 15 minutes. Turn off the oven.
  7. Serve (if you want you can remove the aluminum or serve it in the aluminum) Enjoy.
