  • 2 tablespoons of corn starch
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated cheese
  • 1 egg

How to make Bowtie Cake:

  1. To start preparing the tie cake, you must first chop and sauté the onion, garlic and chili pepper.
  2. Make it with 1 teaspoon of oil or cooking spray and high heat. When the ingredients are browned, lower the heat to medium and add 1 tablespoon of water.
  3. Stir and, when the water evaporates, add 1 more tablespoon.
  4. You can repeat this process as many times as you want, you should know that the more times you do it, the more caramelized the vegetables will be with their own sugars.
  5.  Meanwhile, cook the pasta in abundant boiling water for 8-12 minutes, according to the instructions on the package.
