Ingredients to make Three Cheese Shrimp:
- 25 raw and headless shrimp
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 onion
- 4 Serrano chiles
- 150 g of chihuahua cheese
- 150 g of yellow cheese
- 1 medium package of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 sprig of parsley finely chopped
- garlic
- shallots
- Salt
- Pepper
How to make Three Cheese Shrimp:
- In a pan with olive oil, fry the finely chopped onion, shallot, garlic, chili peppers and tomato, removing the skin and seeds.
- Blend the cheeses and milk in an electric blender and add them to the pan, and remove them from the heat when they first boil.
- Boil the shrimp in salted water. Once ready, remove from the heat, peel, remove the vein in the middle, rinse, add three cheeses to the sauce , season with pepper and parsley and let them boil for another 5 minutes.
- Serve the freshly made 3-cheese shrimpon top of a slice of toasted homemade bread, for example. Delicious!
