Ingredients to make Noodles with three cheeses:
- 100 grams of gruyère cheese
- 100 grams of menthol cheese
- 1 pinch of salt
- 500 grams of noodles, pasta
- 250 ccs of liquid cooking cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
How to make Noodles with three cheeses:
- Melt the butter in a frying pan. While we put the water to heat in a pot to make the pasta with a little salt.
- When the water is boiling, add the pasta and wait for the cooking time indicated.
- While the pasta is being made, in the pan in which the butter is placed, add the chopped cheeses to make it easier to melt.
- Once they are melted, add the cream and stir slowly over low heat.
- Take a look at the pasta and when it is done, drain it and cover it with the cheese sauce.
- It has to be served at the moment because the cheeses when they cool down become a paste and they are not as tasty.
