Three cheese noodles recipe

Ingredients to make Noodles with three cheeses:

  • 100 grams of gruyère cheese
  • 100 grams of menthol cheese
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 500 grams of noodles, pasta
  • 250 ccs of liquid cooking cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter

How to make Noodles with three cheeses:

  1. Melt the butter in a frying pan. While we put the water to heat in a pot to make the pasta with a little salt.
  2. When the water is boiling, add the pasta and wait for the cooking time indicated.
  3. While the pasta is being made, in the pan in which the butter is placed, add the chopped cheeses to make it easier to melt.
  4. Once they are melted, add the cream and stir slowly over low heat.
  5. Take a look at the pasta and when it is done, drain it and cover it with the cheese sauce.
  6. It has to be served at the moment because the cheeses when they cool down become a paste and they are not as tasty.
