Ingredients to make Thermomix: Vichyssoise:
- 4 leeks (only the white part).
- 2 tablespoons of oil.
- 2 heaped tablespoons of butter.
- 1 can of evaporated milk or liquid cream.
- 6 measures of water or milk.
- 2 medium potatoes, chopped.
- 2 tablets of chicken broth (optional) or salt. Pepper.
How to make Thermomix: Vichyssoise:
- In the Iber Gourmet glass, put the leeks, crush them progressively going through all the speeds until reaching the maximum, then add the butter and the oil, program at speed 1, temperature 100º, for 8 minutes.
- When the Iber Gourmet stops, add the potatoes, the evaporated milk, the stock cubes, a little pepper and 3 measures of water or milk.
- Again program at speed 1, temperature 100º for 20 minutes.
- Add the rest of the water or milk, if you like it more liquid, program at speed 1, for a few seconds.
