Ingredients to make Thermomix: Vegetable Soup with ham and cheese:
- two hardboiled eggs
- a piece of ham
- A piece of cheese
- a piece of pumpkin
- zucchini
- potato, if we want
- chard
- green beans etc. (whatever we have in the fridge)
How to make Thermomix: Vegetable Soup with Ham and Cheese:
- We chop everything to 3 1/2, it is very well chopped with a little water
- Drain the vegetables in the strainer of the Thermomix and reserve.
- Separately, we put 50 g of oil in the Thermomix and heat it at speed 1 to 100 degrees for 5 minutes.
- We add a piece of onion, which we will chop to 3 1/2, the ham in pieces and a leek in slices and we put it to sauté everything for 6 minutes speed 1 at 100 degrees.
- We put the butterfly, we add the vegetables and up to a liter and a half of water, the salt or vegetable broth tablets to taste and we put it 30 minutes at speed 1.
- When finished, add the chopped egg and grated cheese and give it two more minutes for the cheese to melt.
