Thermomix Recipe: Vegetable Soup with Ham and Cheese

Ingredients to make Thermomix: Vegetable Soup with ham and cheese:

  • two hardboiled eggs
  • a piece of ham
  • A piece of cheese
  • a piece of pumpkin
  • zucchini
  • potato, if we want
  • chard
  • green beans etc. (whatever we have in the fridge)

How to make Thermomix: Vegetable Soup with Ham and Cheese:

  1. We chop everything to 3 1/2, it is very well chopped with a little water
  2. Drain the vegetables in the strainer of the Thermomix and reserve.
  3. Separately, we put 50 g of oil in the Thermomix and heat it at speed 1 to 100 degrees for 5 minutes.
  4. We add a piece of onion, which we will chop to 3 1/2, the ham in pieces and a leek in slices and we put it to sauté everything for 6 minutes speed 1 at 100 degrees.
  5. We put the butterfly, we add the vegetables and up to a liter and a half of water, the salt or vegetable broth tablets to taste and we put it 30 minutes at speed 1.
  6. When finished, add the chopped egg and grated cheese and give it two more minutes for the cheese to melt.
