Ingredients to make Thermomix: Salmon Roll and Philadelphia cheese:
- 120g of flour
- 120 g of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 200 g of smoked salmon
- 1 small tub of Philadelphia cheese
How to make Thermomix: Salmon and Philadelphia Cheese Roll:
We put the butterfly on the blades, add the sugar and the eggs and program 6 minutes temperature 40º and speed 3. Next, program again 6 minutes at speed 3 without temperature. To throw the flour and to program 4 minutes in vel.2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Pour the mixture into it and spread it well on all sides. Preheat the oven to 180ºC and bake at this temperature for 9 or 10 minutes. Turn the cake over a damp cloth, roll it up by the widest part and reserve it for 10 minutes. After this time unroll the cake, and spread with cheese on all sides. Then place the layers of smoked salmon on top until the entire base is covered. Reroll around the widest part and wrap it in parchment paper.
Store in the fridge until serving time to be cut into slices. f you want the roll to be bigger, just add one more egg and 30 g more of flour and 30 g of sugar.
