Ingredients to make Thermomix: rice and fish paella:
- For the fumet:
- 250 grams of peeled prawns reserving the shells

- 150g frozen artichokes, quartered

- 100 g approx diced chicken breasts
- 350g of rice

How to make Thermomix: rice and fish paella:
- Put the shrimp shells and the water in the glass.
- Program 5 min, vel 4. Take them out, strain them and reserve them. Put the garlic, parsley and the pills in the clean glass and crush on vel 6 to 8.
- Add the rest of the ingredients from this step and mix for a few seconds at maximum speed.
- Take the preparation out of the glass and reserve it put the ingredients of step 3 in the glass.
- Chop for 6 to 8 seconds on speed 3 and 1/2.
- Program after 5 minutes at 100º vel 1 put the butterfly on the blades.
- Next, add the ingredients of step 4 and program 7 min, 100º vel 1 add the rice and program 3 min, 100º, vel.
- Add the liquid from step 2 that we had reserved and program 12 minutes at 100º on speed 1.
- When there are 5 minutes left, increase the temperature to Varoma (if you see that it splashes a lot, put the inverted basket on the lid).
- When done, add the reserved shrimp bodies.
- Let it rest in the machine for 2 or 3 minutes. Then take it out to a large serving dish and serve quickly.
