Thermomix Recipe: Oatmeal Meatballs

Ingredients to make Thermomix: Oatmeal Meatballs:

  • 2 cups of fine oats previously soaked in water or vegetable broth
  • ½ cup whole wheat bread also soaked and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon dried mushrooms soaked, squeezed and chopped
  • Two tablespoons of finely chopped walnuts
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons grated cheese
  • 3 chopped onions sautéed in olive oil A pinch of ground ginger
  • A teaspoon of oregano
  • 2 eggs Whole wheat breadcrumbs (as much as needed)

How to make Thermomix: Oatmeal Meatballs:

  1. Chop all the dry ingredients that need it, separately.
  2. Put the onions with the oil, chop them and dispense them at speed 1, Aroma temperature.
