- Make a stock with the skins and heads of the prawns and 500 g of water.
- Program 6 minutes, 100º, speed 4.
- Strain and reserve.
- Wash the glass well, with the machine at speed 6, drop the garlic, the cayenne (if used) and the parsley, lower with the spatula what remains on the walls.
- Add the olive oil and program 5 minutes, 100º, speed 1 once the garlic is golden with the parsley.
- Add the fumet with water until approx. 1 liter and the salt, program 10 minutes, 100º, speed 1 When the water boils, put speed 1.
- Remove the beaker and add the whole spaghetti through the hole in the lid, the movement of the blades will push them inside.
- Program the time indicated by the package manufacturer, adding two more minutes at 100º, speed 1, if you see that they are not soft, add two more minutes.
- Drain them if they like them dry and add the bodies of the prawns.
- Mix them well and serve.
