Thermo Mix Recipe: Croquettes for Celiac

If you are allergic to gluten and you are fed up with not being able to eat croquettes, then we will explain how to make them with the thermo mix. You will see that if you can eat good croquettes.

Ingredients to make Thermo mix: Croquettes for Celiac:

  • 150 grams of gluten-free chosen filling
  • ½ cup of oil
  • 2 heaped tablespoons of butter well
  • ¼ onion unit
  • 2¼ cups cornstarch
  • 8 cups of milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 pinch of Nutmeg

How to make Thermo mix: Croquettes for Celiac:

  • 1 Chop the chosen filling using the 0 – 1 – 0 technique. Remove and set aside.
  • 2 Put the oil, butter and onion in the glass. Program at speed 1, 100ºC for 3 minutes.
  • 3 Then, add the rest of the ingredients, mix for a few seconds at speed 8 and program at speed 1, 100ºC for 7 minutes.
  • 4 When it stops and we notice that it has stopped boiling, add the filling and stir with the spatula. Put the dough in a bowl and let cool.
  • 5 With this dough already cold, for at least 2 hours, you can start making the croquettes. We will make the shape of the croquette taking a piece of dough and making the shape while we bathe it in eggs, then we coat it in bread, gluten-free, perfect for celiac.
  • 6 To fry the gluten-free croquettes for coeliac, we will use a frying pan with abundant oil and we will take it to a high temperature, turning the croquettes so that they are cooked evenly on all sides.
