Ingredients to make La Pirata Macaroni:
- 200 grams of macaroni
- 250 grams of peeled prawns
- 1 carton of 125 cl. cream
- some fried tomato
- a good drizzle of olive oil
- 2 chillies
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- salted
- butter
How to make La Pirata Macaroni:
- 1 preparation: Cook the macaroni in abundant boiling water, to which we will have added the salt and a little butter.
- In a clay pot, add the olive oil with the garlic and chillies. Once the garlic begins to brown, add the prawns and cook them until they turn pink.
- Add the cream and the fried tomato sauce, stir well.
- 2nd presentation: Serve the pasta on individual plates and drizzle with the prawns.
