The Pirate Macaroni Recipe

Ingredients to make La Pirata Macaroni:

  • 200 grams of macaroni
  • 250 grams of peeled prawns
  • 1 carton of 125 cl. cream
  • some fried tomato
  • a good drizzle of olive oil
  • 2 chillies
  • 4 minced garlic cloves
  • salted
  • butter

How to make La Pirata Macaroni:

  1. 1 preparation: Cook the macaroni in abundant boiling water, to which we will have added the salt and a little butter.
  2. In a clay pot, add the olive oil with the garlic and chillies. Once the garlic begins to brown, add the prawns and cook them until they turn pink.
  3. Add the cream and the fried tomato sauce, stir well.
  4. 2nd presentation: Serve the pasta on individual plates and drizzle with the prawns.
  5. Good appetite.
