Ingredients to make Tequila Shrimp:

  • 6 units of Shrimp
  • 1 glass of tequila
  • 1 teaspoon of Parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 splash of olive oil
  • 1 unit of Lemon
  • 1 pinch of Pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Tequila Shrimp:

  1. Before making this Mexican recipe, the first step is to prepare all the ingredients.
  2. To sauté the shrimp, in a frying pan with olive oil, add the previously seasoned shrimp and cook for 3 minutes
  3. Add the finely minced garlic and sauté for another two minutes. Add a few drops of lemon on the shrimp.
  4. Add the tequila and stir a little. Cook over low heat until the alcohol has completely evaporated. For this recipe we recommend using the traditional golden colored tequila.
  5. Serve the shrimp in tequila and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley. Remember to accompany it with toasted bread or corn tortillas.
