Ingredients to make Tasty Garlic Octopus:
- Octopus in garlic:
- Octopus 1/2
- Garlic 4 cloves
- dried guajillo chilies 1

- Octopus cooking:
- fresh herbs w/w
- dried chillies 1
- onion 1
- Octopus 1
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Bay leaf 2 leaves
- Salad:
- Asparagus 200g
- zucchini 1
- smoked tomato 2
- onion 1
- shallots 2
- Lentils 100g
- Chickpeas 100g
How to make Tasty Garlic Octopus:
- Cooking the octopus: Place the octopus in a large saucepan with plenty of water, add the herbs, onion, garlic cloves, bay leaves and dried chilies. Cook for approximately 2 hours.
- Remove the octopus, let cool and cut the tentacles. Cut each tentacle into pieces of approximately 2 cm. Reserve.
- In a hot frying pan with olive oil, sauté the finely chopped garlic. Add the dried guajillo Chile cut into rounds with scissors.
- Add the octopus and sauté. Spice with salt and pepper.
- Cut the zucchini into large wheels on the bias. Season and brown on a hot grill with olive oil.
- Place the chopped onion in a bowl together with the smoked tomatoes cut into large cubes, the finely chopped shallot, the lentils and the cooked chickpeas. Mix and season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
- Cut green Chile into rounds and add to the salad.
- Serve the garlic octopus with the vegetable salad, add the blanched and grilled asparagus.
