Ingredients to make Tarasca Soup:
- Tarascan Soup
- Frijoles de la Olla (cooked beans)
- Tomatoes (red tomato)

- Canola oil

- 2 black chilies (dried chilaca chili)
- Aged cheese or cotija

How to make Tarasca Soup:
- Blend the tomatoes, onion and 2 garlic cloves with a little water and put them in a pan with a little hot oil.
- When it starts to boil, add a tablespoon of powdered chicken clade (or 2 cubes) and a little salt if you want, also add the aromatic herbs (thyme, laurel and marjoram) and let it boil a little longer while 2 cups of beans are blended with their broth and if it is very thick, add water and add it to the first mixture, let it boil without Spece and if this happens add water.
- The chilies are cut into small squares and passed quickly in hot oil (it is fast because if they burn they become bitter) and the tortilla pieces are also fried and set aside since everything is ready, it is served on a plate and a spoonful is added of cream, the cheese is sprinkled (it is scratched) and the tortillas and chilies are added and ready to enjoy this Michoacan delight.
