Tapas with toasted bread are very typical and here we explain a somewhat refined recipe for this traditional tapa. This is a different way of preparing this tapa. The key to this tapa is to use the peppers and the dehydrated tomato.
Ingredients to make Tapas with toasted bread:
- 250 grams of Ham
- 200 grams of cheese
- 16 units of small green peppers
- 20 units of sliced bread
- 1 unit of Tomato
- 10 units of black olives
- 2 units of dehydrated tomatoes
- 1 pinch of virgin oil
- 1 pinch of Modena vinegar
How to make Tapas with toasted bread:
1.Cut the loaf of bread into slices. Take to the preheated oven and toast until lightly golden. Booking.
2.Apart, fry the peppers in a pan with oil and reserve. You can cut them into strips or leave them in half so that they fit well on toast. Also make a vinaigrette by mixing a little vinegar of Modena and oil.
