Tanqueray gin and tonic

Ingredients to make Tanqueray Gin and Tonic:

  • Gin MG, London Gin or Tanqueray Ten (the drier the better)
  • Schweppes or Fever Tree Tonic
  • ice
  • green lemon

How to make Tanqueray Gin and Tonic:

  1. In a wide glass (cider or similar, the bigger the better) we put ice to the top.
  2. We cut a rind from the lemon without reaching the meat.
  3. We fold it so that the green is on the outside and the essence impregnates the edge of the glass when turning it folded.
  4. Add gin and stir to warm up. Next we complete with tonic.
  5. If we throw it making circles on the glass we will not need to stir it (it loses strength). If you want you can cut another crust and put it inside.
