For the salad:

  • 1 lettuce (preferably purple)
  • 425 grams of mandarin segments (canned or natural)
  • 2 common onions or a chambray type bunch
  • 200 grams of sliced ​​almonds
  • 250 grams of bacon

For the dressing:

  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • ½ teaspoon mustard powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika or paprika powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt (preferably celery)

How to make Tangerine and Almond Salad:

In a frying pan, brown the bacon. He applies medium-high heat. Drain the fat, cool and crumble. Prepare your work table with all the necessary ingredients to surprise everyone with this tangerine and onion salad.

  1. Peel the mandarins and remove the white parts and the seeds.
