Taguen recipe, pigeons with rice

Ingredients to make Taguen, pigeons with rice:

  • A couple of half cooked pigeons.
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of rice
  • 4 cups of pigeon broth
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to make Taguen, pigeons with rice:

Wash the rice; fry a little in the oil; add milk, broth, salt and pepper; let boil 5 minutes. Put half the rice in a Taguin clay pot the pieces of cooked pigeons; then the rest of the rice.
