Tagliatelle with salmon recipe

Ingredients to make Tagliatelle with salmon:

  • 500 of Tagliatelle
  • 50 gr. of butter
  • liquid cream
  • 1 tablespoon vodka
  • 10 spring onion sprigs
  • 10 green peppercorns

How to make Tagliatelle with Salmon:

  1. Cut 100 g of salmon into slices.
  2. Add the other 100 g of salmon together with the 50 g of butter and then add the liquid cream, the tablespoon of vodka, the finely chopped chives and finally the green peppercorns squeezed with your fingers.
  3. Cook pasta.
  4. Coat it with the salmon sauce.
  5. Mix it well.
  6. Add the salmon flakes and mix lightly.
  7. Serve immediately.
