Ingredients to make Tagliatelle with salmon:
- 500 of Tagliatelle
- 50 gr. of butter
- liquid cream
- 1 tablespoon vodka
- 10 spring onion sprigs
- 10 green peppercorns
How to make Tagliatelle with Salmon:
- Cut 100 g of salmon into slices.
- Add the other 100 g of salmon together with the 50 g of butter and then add the liquid cream, the tablespoon of vodka, the finely chopped chives and finally the green peppercorns squeezed with your fingers.
- Cook pasta.
- Coat it with the salmon sauce.
- Mix it well.
- Add the salmon flakes and mix lightly.
- Serve immediately.
