Tabouleh with Prawn’s Recipe

  1. 6 units of Prawns
  2. 80 grams of Couscous
  3. 1 unit of red tomato
  4. 50 grams of purple onion
  5. 80 grams of Cucumber
  6. 1 branch of good grass
  7. 1 branch of parsley
  8. 1 unit of Lemon
  9. 1 splash of olive oil
  10. 1 pinch of salt
  11. 1 pinch of Pepper

How to make Tabbouleh with prawns:

  • Before making this recipe for tabbouleh with couscous, the first step is to prepare all the ingredients.
  • To make the tabbouleh salad, in a bowl mix the seedless cucumber, the seedless tomato and the onion, all cut into small cubes. Mix everything with the parsley and finely chopped mint.
  • Add the previously hydrated couscous in boiling water for 5 minutes. Mix everything very well and add the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Separately, in a frying pan with oil, cook the seasoned prawns on each side for 3 minutes.
  • Finally, serve the tabbouleh and add the prawns on top of it. This tabbouleh dish with prawns is perfect for lunch or even for a light dinner.
