Sweet corn and Parmesan cheese soufflé recipe

Ingredients to make Sweet Corn and Parmesan Cheese Soufflé:

  • 15 grams of wheat flour
  • 15 grams of Butter
  • 150 milliliters of milk
  • 100 grams of sweet corn
  • 50 grams of Parmesan cheese
  • 1 unit of Egg
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Sweet Corn and Parmesan Cheese Soufflé:

1.List all the ingredients.

2.In a pan, melt the butter and add the flour, cook for 1 minute.

3.Add the milk little by little, stirring at the same time to form a thick and smooth sauce.

4.Add the Parmesan cheese and sweet corn, mix and rectify flavor with salt and pepper if necessary.

5.Add the yolk to the mixture when it is cold to prevent it from coagulating.

6.Beat the egg white until stiff.

7.Add the clear and mix with enveloping movements to prevent them from falling.

8.Add the mixture to a soufflé container or any similar special oven mold. Cook at 180 degrees C. for 10 minutes.
