Sweet and Sour Pineapple Salad Recipe
Ingredients to make sweet and sour pineapple salad:
- 1pc cream cheese
- 3/4 can(s) mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup(s) cherry pitted and chopped
- 2 rib. pineapple slices packaged in small pieces
- 100g diced cooked ham
- 1/2 cup(s) sliced olives
How to make Sweet and Sour Pineapple Salad:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, add more salt and pepper if necessary. Pour into an English pudding-type mold moistened with water and place in the freezer until firm to unmold and serve.
