Surimi noodles with mushrooms recipe

Surimi noodles or noodles with crab sticks (also known as “tallarimis” from the conjunction of the words “noodles” and “surimi”) are a derivative of this fish preparation that is used to prepare many delicious, low-calorie dishes and more protein than normal noodles. Do not miss this recipe that we have shared and you will see how good these surimi noodles with mushrooms are.

Ingredients to make surimi noodles with mushrooms:

  • 1 package of surimi noodles (tallarimis)
  • 1 handful of mushrooms (any)
  • 1 tablespoon of Pedro Ximénez reduction with figs (optional)
  • 2 cuttlefish
  • oil
  • 1 minced garlic
  • chopped parsley

How to make surimi noodles with mushrooms:

  1. I have roasted the cuttlefish with garlic and parsleyin a pan with a little oil.
  2. Then I added the mushrooms and thesurimi or noodles and continued cooking. 5 minutes later I have put a tablespoon of fig reduction, one two turns and stop the fire.
  3. Assemble the surimi noodle dish with mushroomsand garnish with the reduction, and wow!
