Ingredients to make surimi ceviche with mango:

  • 6 Surimi bars
  • 3 pieces of mango
  • 1 piece of avocado
  • 1 piece of white onion
  • 1 branch of fresh coriander
  • 1 cup of ketchup sauce
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 pieces of red tomato

To begin, on the one hand we are going to finely chop all the vegetables, that is, we chop the piece of onion, the coriander sprig, the red tomato and the avocado, into small cubes, as shown in the following image.
