Surimi ceviche recipe

How to make surimi ceviche:

We are going to gather all the ingredients as the first step to prepare our fish ceviche. On one side, we wash the tomatoes and, on the other, we wash and disinfect the cilantro. In the same way, we wash the oranges and lemons to proceed to make the juices. Now we are going to chop the surimi into squares. Once we have all the chopped surimi, we are going to place it in a large container. And there we pour the lemon juice and orange juice.  Let it macerate for a few minutes.

While the surimi is marinating with the juices, we will chop the tomato, the onion, and the coriander to continue with the preparation of the fish ceviche. Now we are going to add the onion.

Tip: The longer the marinade, the better the flavor of the surimi ceviche. It is preferable to let it marinate the night before. Now we are going to add the cilantro to the marinated surimi. Add the tomato and oregano. Add the olive oil and olives and carefully mix the surimi ceviche.
