Surimi Balls Recipe

Ingredients to make Surimi Balls:

  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 11/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 surimi sticks
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons of butter

How to make Surimi Balls:

In a large bowl mix the parsley with the egg, mayonnaise, mustard and salt. Finely crumble the surimi and add it to the above together with the bread; mix until everything is integrated.

Take portions and form the marbles of the size you want. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat and fry the marbles until golden brown and crisp. Serve with a salad.
