Ingredients to make Supreme Salad:

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 medium tomatoes cut into slices
  • 1/2 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 dried lettuce
  • 4 slices of yellow cheese
  • 4 sprigs of watercress
  • 1/2 cup honey dressing (sold in pre-made jars)

How to make Supreme Salad:

Wash the lettuce leaf by leaf. Cut each sheet into three or four parts. Dry them well. To serve it, place a few portions of lettuce on each plate, placing the egg, the tomato wedges, and the shredded chicken, a strip of yellow cheese on top, decorating with the watercress and sprinkling everything with the honey dressing.
