Ingredients to make Supreme Chicken Pasta:
- 225 gr. uncooked tagliatelle or any favorite pasta
- 450 gr. boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 90 gr. of bacon
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cups of sliced zucchini
- 1/2 cup of defatted chicken broth
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 pinch of ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch of lemon zest
- 4 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- salted
- Pepper
How to make Supreme Chicken Pasta:
- While the pasta is cooking in boiling salted water, prepare the chicken.
- To do this, spray a large non-stick pan with olive oil.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized squares; single layer in skillet.
- Brown cubes without adding fat; do it on both sides.
- When golden brown, square the bacon and add.
- Cook one minute.
- Remove meat from skillet t set aside; mix onion, zucchini and skillet broth; simmer uncovered for five minutes; add the wine and return the chicken to the pan.
- Cook and stir until heated through; add the nutmeg and lemon zest.
- Pour the mixture over the hot paste, stir.
- Place it on a platter or decorate it with the parsley and Parmesan cheese.
