Ingredients

  1. 4 potatoes
  2. 2 frankfurters
  3. 6 pickled cucumbers
  4. ½ spring onion
  5. 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  6. 2 teaspoons grain mustard
  7. 1 pinch of salt
  8. 1 splash of olive oil
  9. 1 handful of parsley

Preparation

  • Cut the sausages into slices and cook them.
  • Wash the potatoes, cut them in half and cook them also in boiling water for 10 minutes.
  • Drain them, add a little salt and put them in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 190 ºC.
  • Cut the onion into small pieces and place them in a bowl, do the same with the pickles.
  • Add the mustard and mayonnaise to the bowl and mix all the ingredients.
  • Remove the stuffing from the potatoes once cooked and add it to the bowl as well.
  • Mix very well and place the filling on each of the potatoes, ready!
  • Prawn salad

In this case, we bring you a prawn salad with vegetables, among which we will include potatoes. With a delicious mayonnaise and mustard dressing, this easy potato salad recipe will not disappoint!

Ingredients

  1. 250 grams of vegetables such as: potatoes, carrots, beans and peas
  2. 100 grams of frozen shrimp
  3. 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  4. 2 teaspoons of mustard
  5. 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  6. 1 egg
  7. Nachos
  8. Green olives

Preparation

  • Cook the vegetables in boiling water or steam them with a little salt. You can also use frozen vegetables if you want to make the salad faster. Drain and reserve to cool.
  • Cook the prawns in a hot pan without oil. You can use frozen or fresh shrimp. When they are golden, set aside and reserve.
  • Cook the egg for 12 minutes to make sure it is cooked through. Remove the shell and chop the egg into small pieces.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add the mayonnaise and mustard. Also add a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir and it’s ready.

Chicken wings with potatoes

Ingredients

  1. 1 kilogram of chicken wings
  2. 4 Princess Amandine potatoes
  3. 1 sprig of thyme or rosemary
  4. 3 cloves of garlic
  5. 1 handful of chopped parsley
  6. 200 milliliters of white wine
  7. 1 splash of olive oil
  8. 1 pinch of pepper
  9. 1 pinch of salt

Preparation

  • Heat the oven to 180 ºC and, meanwhile, clean the wings of skin and feathers.
  • Put the wings on a tray and peel the potatoes. Cut them into four pieces and season with salt, pepper, rosemary and/or thyme, also add them to the tray.
  • Pour a splash of olive oil on the tray and cook the wings for 25 minutes.
  • Crush the garlic with a little parsley and salt. Add the wine.
  • After the first 25 minutes, open the oven, baste the potatoes and chicken with the dressing, and return to the oven until the wings are browned all over.

  2. 1 white onion
  3. 1 tomato
  4. 1 handful of vegetables (carrots and peas)
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 4 slices of turkey ham
  7. 1 pinch of salt
  8. 1 pinch of pepper
  9. Mayonnaise as desired

Preparation

  • Wash and peel the potatoes, cook them in boiling water until softened.
  • Cook the eggs for 12 minutes, remove the shell when cool and cut into small pieces. Booking.
