- 4 potatoes
- 2 frankfurters
- 6 pickled cucumbers
- ½ spring onion
- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons grain mustard
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 splash of olive oil
- 1 handful of parsley
Preparation
- Cut the sausages into slices and cook them.
- Wash the potatoes, cut them in half and cook them also in boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Drain them, add a little salt and put them in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 190 ºC.
- Cut the onion into small pieces and place them in a bowl, do the same with the pickles.
- Add the mustard and mayonnaise to the bowl and mix all the ingredients.
- Remove the stuffing from the potatoes once cooked and add it to the bowl as well.
- Mix very well and place the filling on each of the potatoes, ready!

Ingredients
- 250 grams of vegetables such as: potatoes, carrots, beans and peas
- 100 grams of frozen shrimp
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

- 1 pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 egg

Preparation
- Cook the vegetables in boiling water or steam them with a little salt. You can also use frozen vegetables if you want to make the salad faster. Drain and reserve to cool.
- Cook the prawns in a hot pan without oil. You can use frozen or fresh shrimp. When they are golden, set aside and reserve.

- 1 kilogram of chicken wings
- 4 Princess Amandine potatoes
- 1 sprig of thyme or rosemary
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 handful of chopped parsley
- 200 milliliters of white wine
- 1 splash of olive oil
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
- Heat the oven to 180 ºC and, meanwhile, clean the wings of skin and feathers.
- Put the wings on a tray and peel the potatoes. Cut them into four pieces and season with salt, pepper, rosemary and/or thyme, also add them to the tray.
- Pour a splash of olive oil on the tray and cook the wings for 25 minutes.
- Crush the garlic with a little parsley and salt. Add the wine.
- After the first 25 minutes, open the oven, baste the potatoes and chicken with the dressing, and return to the oven until the wings are browned all over.
