- 600 ripe tomatoes
- 1 piece of green pepper
- 1 piece of onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 piece of cucumber
- 1 piece of bread
- 1 splash of olive oil
- 1 splash of vinegar
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make Summer Gazpacho:
- To start with the summer gazpacho recipe, first prepare the vegetables.
- To do this, cut the tomatoes, you can remove the tomato skin or leave it.
- Next, chop them and place them in a mixing glass.
- On the other hand, wash the green pepper and chop it too.
- Peel the onion and add along with the vegetables.

- Taste the gazpacho and rectify if necessary.
