Summer Gazpacho Recipe

Ingredients to make Summer Gazpacho:

  • 600 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 piece of green pepper
  • 1 piece of onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 piece of cucumber
  • 1 piece of bread
  • 1 splash of olive oil
  • 1 splash of vinegar
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Summer Gazpacho:

  1. To start with the summer gazpacho recipe, first prepare the vegetables.
  2. To do this, cut the tomatoes, you can remove the tomato skin or leave it.
  3. Next, chop them and place them in a mixing glass.
  4.  On the other hand, wash the green pepper and chop it too.
  5.  Peel the onion and add along with the vegetables.
  6. Tip: half a cucumber will suffice, it already adds a lot of flavor, but you can add as much as you like.
  7. Peel the cucumber and cut into small pieces, add it with the tomato. Next, peel the garlic and add it too.
  8. Tip: if you think one garlic is too much, you can add half a clove.
  9. Cut the bread, it is better if it is a day or two old, remove the crust and leave the crumb.
  10. Next, chop and add to the blender, you can soak the bread first if it is very hard, but since you will be grinding it, it is not necessary.
  11. Add a little cold water until it has the consistency you like, blend very well.
  12. If you notice that it is very light, you can add more bread or vegetables, although these have a lot of water.
  13. When everything is crushed, add a splash of oil, vinegar and a pinch of salt.
  14. Mix again until you have a very fine cream.
  15. Taste the gazpacho and rectify if necessary.
