Ingredients to make Suadero Tacos:
- 1 kilogram of suadero meat
- 32 pieces of small corn tortilla
- 1 piece of onion
- 1 bunch of cilantro
- 4 pieces of Lemon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons of oil
How to make Suadero Tacos:
In the following image you can see the ingredients that we will need to make these delicious street-style suadero tacos. We are going to start our preparation by placing the suadero meat for tacos in a saucepan with enough boiling water, add a pinch of salt, the juice of the lemons and let the meat cook for approximately 1 hour and a half or until the meat feels smooth. Once the suadero meat is ready, we cut it into large pieces and fry it for 6 minutes in a pan with previously heated oil, and add a pinch of salt. Meanwhile we take the white onion and coriander, chop them very finely and reserve them for a moment.
Now we take our suadero meat again and chop it into much smaller pieces. Once ready, take it back to the pan with hot oil, and let it fry until golden brown. Finally, we form the suadero tacos: for this we take two small corn tortillas, fill them with the well-browned suadero meat, and add a little onion and chopped cilantro and READY! We can serve these delicious suadero tacos with our favorite sauce, and if you like, with a little sliced radish and some fried oxtail onions.
