Stuffed Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients to make Stuffed Shrimp:

  • bacon 450 g
  • 450 gr. shrimp
  • butter 1 stick
  • ketchup sauce to taste
  • salt to taste
  • red meat 200 gr

How to make Stuffed Shrimp:

  1. Cut the meat into small pieces,
  2. open the shrimp in half, depositing the red meat in the center of the shrimp,
  3. then roll in the bacon, prick with a toothpick to ensure it does not come loose and cook over low heat for 5 minutes
  4. fry in butter until golden brown. Serve with French fries with salads and a brandy-based cocktail.
