- bacon 450 g
- 450 gr. shrimp
- butter 1 stick
- ketchup sauce to taste
- salt to taste
- red meat 200 gr
How to make Stuffed Shrimp:
- Cut the meat into small pieces,
- open the shrimp in half, depositing the red meat in the center of the shrimp,
- then roll in the bacon, prick with a toothpick to ensure it does not come loose and cook over low heat for 5 minutes
- fry in butter until golden brown. Serve with French fries with salads and a brandy-based cocktail.
