Stuffed sea bream recipe

Ingredients to make Stuffed Bream:

  • 1 sea bream
  • 100 grams of ham
  • 50 grams of raisins
  • 12 almonds
  • 1 tablespoon of pine nuts
  • 6 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 stock cube
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lemon
  • A splash of white wine
  • 1 sprig of parsley

How to make Stuffed Bream:

  1. Dissolve the stock cube in ¼ liter of hot water.
  2. Open the sea bream in half, from top to bottom, and remove the central spine.
  3. Cook one egg and beat the other as for an omelet and reserve them.
  4. Carve the ham into small pieces, the hard-boiled egg, the almonds and the parsley.
  5. Mix all this with a tablespoon of breadcrumbs, the beaten egg, the pine nuts and the raisins.
  6. Once everything is well mixed, fill the sea bream with this preparation, close it and hold it with toothpicks, stuck crosswise.
  7. Season the sea bream with salt.
  8. After peeling the potatoes, cut them into slightly thick discs and put them in a baking dish.
  9. Place the sea bream on top and sprinkle it with oil, wine, broth and lemon juice, sprinkle everything on top with the rest of the breadcrumbs. P
