  • 8 units of Mushrooms
  • 6 units of quail eggs
  • 1 branch of fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 slices of Serrano ham
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 jet of olive oil

How to make Stuffed Mushrooms with Quail Eggs:

1.To prepare the stuffed mushrooms with quail eggs, we must gather all the ingredients.

2.Chop and fry the garlic. Add a couple of chopped mushrooms, add a pinch of salt and cook for a couple of minutes.

3.Remove the stem from the rest of the mushrooms, make a cross at the base of each one and brown the mushrooms on both sides.

4.Fill the mushrooms with the garlic and mushroom sauce, and the ham strips. We leave a hole in the center.
