Stuffed Choclillo Recipe with Cooked Potatoes

Ingredients to make Choclillo Stuffed with Cooked Potatoes:

  • 1 kg Choclillo meat
  • 1/4 kg smoked beer bacon
  • 1 envelope(s) base sauce for meat in the casserole
  • 1 cup(s) water
  • 4 medium potato(s)
  • 1/2 bundle(s) chives
  • Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Dressing(s) to taste

How to make Choclillo Stuffed with Cooked Potatoes:

  1. You can replace the choclillo with boneless pork pulp.
  2. Take the choclillo and make some cuts to fill the meat, in a bowl chop the cibulete and the bacon or beer, once finely chopped proceed to fill the meat with this mixture.
  3. Once the meat is properly stuffed, place hot oil in a pot and seal the stuffed corn once sealed, add a cup of water, salt and seasonings to taste.
  4. Once the meat is soft, pour the raw potatoes so that they are take in the flavor of the meat and then add the meat preparation base to the casserole.
  5. Once the potatoes are ready, remove from the heat, cut the meat into medallions and serve it with potatoes.
