Stuffed Cannelloni Recipe

Ingredients to make Stuffed Cannelloni:

  • 12 cannelloni
  • 250 gr. minced meat
  • Ketchup

  • 40 gr. flower

How to make Stuffed Cannelloni:

  1. In a saucepan, cook 1 liter of water with two tablespoons of oil and 1/2 tablespoon of salt.
  2. When it starts to boil, add the cannelloni one by one and cook for the time indicated on the package.
  3. When the pasta is cooked, take it out and place it in a container with cold water. Remove the cannelloni from the water, and let them drain on a clean cloth.
  4. In a frying pan, sauté the minced meat and season, stirring. Then add the tomato sauce and let cool.
  5. In a bowl over low heat, put 50 grams of butter and let it melt, then add two tablespoons of flour, mixing the flour and butter very well.
  6. Then slowly add hot milk.
  7. Stir until we have a sauce that is neither too thick nor too light, to the taste of each one.
  8. Put a pinch of salt
  9. Fill the cannelloni and put them on a plate or baking dish. Cover them with béchamel and sprinkle them with grated cheese
  10. Bake for 8 minutes in a strong oven
