Stuffed Anchovies Recipe

Ingredients to make Stuffed Anchovies:

  • anchovy
  • piquillo peppers
  • flower
  • egg
  • oil

How to make Stuffed Anchovies:

  1. Clean the anchovies well, open them in half and remove the bone.
  2. Furthermore, fry a few garlic in a little olive oil.
  3. Add the peppers, add a little sugar and the same amount of salt and leave them for about 15 minutes.
  4. Put an anchovy with the skin down, put a pepper on top, cover it with another anchovy, coat it and fry it.
