Strawberry, Banana and Kiwi Smoothie

Ingredients to make Strawberry, Banana and Kiwi Smoothie:

  1. 1 piece of Banana
  2. 1 piece of Kiwi
  3. 1 cup of Strawberry
  4. 1 cup of ice
  5. ¼ cup of condensed milk (60 grams)
  6. 1 pinch of ground cinnamon

How to make Strawberry Banana Kiwi Smoothie:

  • In the following image we can see the ingredients that we will need to prepare this delicious and healthy strawberry, banana and kiwi smoothie, so don’t lose detail.
  • To begin, we are going to place the whole strawberries, with the leaves included, in a container with enough water to cover them, add a few drops of disinfectant and let them rest for 10 minutes. After this time, we remove them from the water and reserve them for a moment to continue making the strawberry and banana smoothie.
  • On the other hand, we take the banana, peel it perfectly and slice it into small pieces to place them in the blender together with a little ice and a pinch of ground cinnamon. Then, we proceed to blend until we obtain a mixture of homogeneous and thick consistency. Remove the banana smoothie from the blender glass and reserve for a moment.
  • The banana is a fruit with high content of the mineral potassium, which has an important role in the transmission of electrical impulses to the heart, as well as helping the proper functioning of all the muscles of the body.
  • Now, to continue with the preparation of the strawberry and banana smoothie, we take the kiwi, peel it perfectly and, in the same way as the banana, slice it into small pieces to place them in the blender together with half of the condensed milk, ice and a pinch of cinnamon. Blend until a homogeneous and thick mixture is obtained. Remove the smoothie kiwi from the blender glass and reserve for a moment.
  • The kiwi is a very attractive fruit, since it has an incredible flavor and consistency, as well as being one of the fruits with the highest potassium and vitamin C content, the natural anti-flu par excellence.
  • Finally, we take the strawberries once disinfected, remove the leaves and stems that they may have and place them in the blender together with the remaining condensed milk, ice and a pinch of cinnamon. Blend until a homogeneous and thick mixture is obtained, remove from the blender and reserve for a moment.
  • Strawberry is one of the fruits considered as natural antioxidants par excellence due to its high concentrations of flavonoids. Likewise, it contains high doses of vitamin C, potassium and folic acid. For this reason, including it in our fruit smoothies is always synonymous with success in every way, both for the pleasant flavor it provides and for its beneficial properties.
  • Once all the fruits are smoothie, to serve the natural smoothie we take the banana smoothie and place it in the bottom of the glass, immediately afterwards we add the kiwi smoothie and, finally, we add the strawberry smoothie and integrate. You will see that the result is a fruit smoothie full of color and flavor. We can enjoy this strawberry, banana and kiwi smoothie for breakfast or before exercising, with some fruit energy bars or oatmeal pancakes. Enjoy it!
