Stewed Potatoes with Ribs Recipe

Ingredients to make Stewed Potatoes with Ribs:

  • 500 grams of Potatoes
  • 400 grams of pork ribs
  • ½ unit of Onion
  • 1 unit of piquillo pepper
  • 1 unit of green pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 pinch of paprika powder

How to make Stewed Potatoes with Ribs:

  1. A sauce is made with half an onion, a red and a green pepper, a bay leaf, two cloves of garlic and a little paprika.
  2. Season everything with salt and pepper; also fry the ribs in this vegetable.
  3. On the other hand, we peel and chop the potatoes (they are called cascaded potatoes, which make noise when splitting).
  4. Sauté everything together and then cover them with water and cook over low heat for 45 to 60 minutes.
  5. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
