Stewed Pork Recipe

Ingredients to make Stewed Pork:

  • 1 kilogram of lean pork
  • 1 unit of red pepper and one green
  • 1 teaspoon of tomato sauce
  • 1 cup of lemon juice
  • 1 cup of white wine
  • 1 unit of Onion grade chopped into cubes
  • 2 minced Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper to taste

How to make Stewed Pork:

  1. Chop the pork into cubes, add half the lemon juice, put it to fry over medium heat, add the chopped garlic, onion, chopped peppers, salt and pepper to taste. After it is a little golden, you add the white wine.
  2. The tomato sauce, and the rest of the lemon juice and let it boil for 15 minutes, then serve with white rice.
