Stewed meat recipe in the gardener

Ingredients to make stewed meat in the gardener:

  • 500 gr of chopped pork ham
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 Garlic (clove)
  • 100 gr green beans cut
  • 50 gr peas
  • 2 carrots (peeled and cut into small pieces)
  • 1/2 tomato (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Ground cumin
  • Laurel

How to make Stewed Meat in the Gardener:

  1. Put oil in a pot, when it is hot add the tomato, pepper, all the vegetables, onion (in cubes) and garlic, sauté for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the meat and stir for 3 minutes, add water without covering the vegetables and meat, add a teaspoon of ground cumin and 2 bay leaves, let it cook until the meat is done (if it is done in an express pot let the pot whistle for 15 minutes) and ready to eat.
